The president and CEO of Svenska Spel, a state-owned gambling company in Sweden, Patrik Hofbauer, has slammed the Swedish restaurant casino concept, claiming it functions "almost without rules and control."
On Svenska Spel's corporate blog, Patrik Hofbauer lambasted the nation's restaurant casinos' separate regulations and the ensuing dearth of public statistics, claiming that this has consequences for both addicts and money launderers.
